As a Celebrant, it’s a huge privilege to be invited in and immersed in your family’s experience when your loved one dies.

Send offs can be in the form of a formal funeral style, non-religious or religious, a relaxed gathering, celebratory, memorial style or the scattering of ashes.

Your Celebrant is there to officiate at the service or ceremony. The Celebrant helps you plan, write and deliver the service or ceremony.

 

I put together, with your input, a ceremony, authentic to that person, one that honours their wishes plus your needs, and provides an opportunity for you to express and feel your way through a very challenging time.

 

​For most people the first step in organising a funeral is appointing a Funeral Director. The Funeral Director provides overall advice and guidance for planning the funeral. Based on your wishes, the Funeral Director takes the lead in making all the practical arrangements and ensuring all the legal paperwork is done (such as the issuing of a Death Certificate).
