A naming ceremony is a lovely way of celebrating new life and welcoming a child into your family and wider community.

 

There are no legal requirements involved with a naming day. Often a ritual like Lighting of the candle may be included, along with godparent roles, special readings or poems and promises from the parents. You have complete freedom to make the ceremony unique and meaningful for you and your family.
